It’s the week of Halloween parties at InJoy Music. We love seeing your children in their costumes and look forward to singing and celebrating with you this week. In class, you should have received a class list and a note about any allergies to avoid (remember that we ask that no treats contain nuts). Try to arrive to class just a few minutes early to fill the trick-or-treat bags and to help your child with any last minute costume adjustments.
Is your child excited for Halloween? Have you heard, “Is TODAY Halloween? How about tomorrow?” more times than you can count? There are plenty of Halloween activities already happening. Don’t miss out on Deanna Rose Farmstead’s Night of the Living Farm (Oct. 19/20 and 26/27). In addition to saying goodbye to your favorite farm animal for the season, the entire farm becomes a Halloween wonderland complete with trick-or-treating, pumpkins, hayrides, and more. If you haven’t found your pumpkin yet, the area pumpkin patches are open this weekend and next weekend and offer so much more than pumpkins.
Looking for some pumpkin carving inspiration? Here are a few that will have your pumpkins glowing just a bit brighter.
